Refund policy

Due to our products being made to order, we don't accept returns.

Please note that we do not issue refunds, we only issue replacements on damaged, faulty or incorrect items.

If your purchased item/s arrive to you damaged, faulty or as an incorrect item we will issue you a replacement for the same product.

We offer replacements when notified up to 30 days from purchase.

We do not offer exchanges on change of mind purchases.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
